GLP-1 Dietitian

Kimberley Wilson, MS, RDN, LDN, is a registered dietitian who is passionate about helping individuals improve their health through practical, sustainable nutrition strategies. She earned her Master’s Degree in Advanced Human Nutrition from the University of Alabama and has completed additional training in obesity management.

Kimberley has experience supporting clients with medical weight loss, GLP-1 medication nutrition management, bariatric surgery preparation and recovery, macro-based nutrition planning, and long-term habit development. She works with a wide range of clients—including busy professionals, shift workers, single parents, recreational athletes, and physique competitors—who are looking for realistic approaches to improving their health without extreme or restrictive dieting.

Kimberley believes that meaningful health change begins by meeting clients exactly where they are. Her counseling style focuses on education, empowerment, and building small, consistent habits that support long-term success. In sessions, she helps clients develop practical skills such as portion awareness, label reading, mindful eating, and simple meal planning strategies that can be implemented in everyday life. Her goal is to help clients feel confident making nutrition decisions whether they are cooking at home, grocery shopping, or navigating restaurant menus.

Outside of her work as a dietitian, Kimberley enjoys continuing her personal growth through Bible study, mindset development, and competitive bodybuilding in the IFBB and OCB divisions. She also enjoys salsa and bachata dancing, cooking, meal prepping, strength training, and exploring new foods. Kimberley brings the same energy and encouragement from her personal pursuits into her work with clients, helping them build confidence as they work toward lasting improvements in their health.
